Regional Foundation Center: The Regional Foundation Center was founded in 1974 to provide local nonprofit organizations with free access to information on management, grantseeking, fund development, and proposal writing. We offer the Philadelphia region's largest public information collection of print and electronics available on all aspects of fundraising, institutional advancement, and general philanthropy.

We are located on the 2nd floor of the Central Library in the Social Science and History Department. We are open from 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday, as well as the first Saturday of each month, from 1pm-5pm. You may schedule an orientation for your group of three or more persons on selected Tuesday and Saturday mornings; appointments are not otherwise required.
